How to Identify the Supervisor On Duty

There are a number of ways you can look for your Supervisor. You supervisor schedule is sent out every night/morning before the workday begins. You can find them on WhenIWork, which is our workforce management app. If logged in and in chat, your Supervisor on Duty will have “SS_” before their name.

With the Supervisor Schedule email and WhenIWork, you will see the times in which each Supervisor is working. If you need to contact the supervisor, you need to contact the Supervisor(s) that is active during your shift.

For example, if you needed to call off from your 12:00 PM shift, you would look for the Supervisor that is on. If your Supervisor is transitioning, and another advisor is taking over, then you would need to contact the Supervisor that is coming on.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING YOUR SHIFTS AND INFORMING THE PROPER SUPERVISOR VIA TEXT OR CALL AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED SHIFT.
